Can you send money from and recieve money from an unverified paypal accoune?

Can you because my dad is getting a credit card this year and then he could verify his paypal account. But in the mean time can I get and send money without being verified?

Yes you can, verifying the account only lifts the limits

I am josechukkiri from India. I am a unverified paypal account holder. I have transferred certain amount from my paypal account to my bank account in India easily. That is a nice thing.

i am also having a unverified paypal account only my friend initially had unverified and then later verified by his credit card at the time he has not verified he was able to transfer money to his local bank account

I too have an unverified paypal. hasn't got the chance to use it yet. it is nice to hear that it won't be a problem.
