What's the most reluctant thing you don't want to do in the winter?

agree specialy today.we have -29c and its veryyyyyy cold.but i have no choice.my little girl is back to kindergarten.its 7:00 in the morning but very dark.love to stay in bed till there is daylight

Waiting for my sons bus. I always want to stay in bed but I have to get up and go watch for the bus and make sure my son is ready to go. I try to look out the window but sometimes I will walk outside and look around and boy do I wish I was back in bed. Taking out the garbage is the second. Oh man I hate that.

When it's cold and you are so nestled up, cosy and snug in a nice warm bed I agree the last thing I want to do is to get out of it, you just want to stay there and stay warm! Another thing I hate doing is driving in the morning, because it takes ages to defrost the car, especially if it's covered in ice and you get cold trying to clear it away and get the car started!

I can't blame you there. I don't like to get out of bed into the cold either, but whats almost worst is getting out of the shower into the cold. I will stand with the towel wrapped around me for up to 10 minutes, hoping I'll be dry enough not to feel the cold air.

I can definitely understand where you are coming from here. I don't want to get out of a warm bed either when it is cold outside. One of the most reluctant things I don't want to do is step outside of the hot shower. I hate to think of stepping out of the tub and being cold! I have to hurry and grab a towel and dry off as soon as possible and get dressed to ensure warmth.

I think I'm like you - I hate getting up in the cold mornings.

I agree. I hate having to go to work when it is icy outside. Snow is one thing. Rain another, but ice? That is the most dangerous.

Hi youless! haha..I do believe that i feel the same way. I think I wouldn't ever want to leave my warm bed if I will be waking up in the freezing cold winter. But I will surely leave the bed if my husband will tell me, "Alright hon, get up I will take you shopping!" haha... Take care and have a nice day! lovelots..faith210

youless, It would be finishing a hot cup of thick rich chocolate whilst on the bed in Lake Lucerne Inn with a picturesque view of snow capped Swiss alps. This was one of my most memorable winter holiday trips. I just miss this experience.

If it is freezing cold I am very reluctant to have to walk anywhere. I hate to be cold. However its better than being hot.At least I think so. Even in the winter, I open my bedroom window so I can sleep with the fresh air. I live in New England. New Englands weather is nuts. Something different every day. DL
