Anyone using bidvertiser????

If anyone knows how bidvertiser works then pls tell.Firstly do u have to get trafic first inorder to start bidvertiser ads???? secondly-Do they pay for clicks on ur blog or for the clicks on the ads on ur blog???

I signed up for bidvertiser, along with Share-A-Pic, but have not been able to figure it out, so I left it alone.
