There are some mexican plants which are supposed to induce or at least enhance the lucid dreaming experience. It is simply called dreanm herb and it is consummed as a brew or smoked. It's said that after consumming that the lucid dreams appear almost immediately. Can anybody confirm that?

Not a plant as you say, but such hallucinogenic mushrooms if you help a lot, not lucid dream but used astral projection. you can easily leave your physical body and out yo infinity with your astral body.

These might be plants with psychotropic properties. I wonder these are what the shamans use? Cannabis might be one, mushrooms another. Cheers!!

Can't confirm it, but I assume it's possible. Just like you can halucinate because of certain plants or crops, you can certaintly have a Lucid Dream affect from one.

Yes it's botanical name is caleae zachitechi or something like that. There are two different kinds one is just called dream herb like you said and then there's another one that's called African dream root or something. I've also heard from a couple of my friends that valerian root can help with dreaming.
