i am so sunburnt. no judgmental answers. any remedies?

I went to my friends house and put sunblock on that was water resistant and all for 3 hours unfortunately i fell asleep sunbaking and was out there for 5 hours along with my friend who i woke up. Does anybody know any remedies to stop the pain and heat mainly?
