Stress has been linked with heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, ulcers, a weakened immune system a reduced ability to heal, fertility problems and chronic colds.
According to study, women are more likely than men to maintain in elevated levels of stress hormones in our system-even at night when sleeping.
And you end-up setting stress out just by thinking about this lists:
*worrying about kids
*about trying to get pregnant
*worrying about marriage
*trying to find a mate
*worrying about career or whether you have a career
*paying bills
*keeping out friends
Would you let stress get out of control? Beware, it can make us sick, and we are putting our long-term health at risk..

Unfortunately at times I let stress get to me. It makes me sick to my stomach. I can tell when I am letting it get to me when I have loose bowel movements and a few a day. I know that is gross, but it is at that point that I know I have to relax. I use to be really bad about it, but now I tend to know the signs and relax a bit.

It is important to learn how to manage stress. Stress can cause terrible wear and tear on the body. I know first hand. I was working a stressful job and developed ulcers. I was not managing stress right. I found that exercise has helped me to manage my stress levels. In addition, to talking about whatever is causing you stress.

So sorry, AH, for my late attendance to your house of discussion. Many offline works lately. OK back to your vital health topic for our discussion.
REF: HLB BLOOD TEST* - CHELATION THERAPY - EECP THERAPY
My own experience in this case on January 15, 2008; where I encountered heart problem (angina & infarction) and undergone for angiogram and angioplastiy treatment and warded in ICU for 4 days before discharged.
From this point of time, I learnt/ed about how important to alert ourselves with a regular medical check up. Then I found the HLB Blood Test, where it detects our current blood oxidation level.
To avoid undergoing bypass surgery, I took an alternative medicine for Chelation Therapy and EECP Therapy. EECP means Enhanced External Counterpulsion.
BUT, the amazing thing happened that, on my angina & infarction, my blood pressure was normal and I don't have diabetes!!!.
Related to your discussion, stress raise up in once body when lack of acceptance feeling when never expecting the worst part in our life. However, better get ourselves medically check-up, especially once reached 35 years old.
Thanks, AH - for your candor sharing on health issue in your discussion.

Its very important to us to have the so called work-life balance. . . ofcourse you also have to pamper yourself. . and stay away from those problems . . we should not say " if possible" but "we should possibly" take care of ourselves and have fun . . most of the time for balance. . . Stress kills!! . . but happiness and laughs dont!

Don't let so many things haunting in your mind. The only thing you can do is Let them be. Because you can not change anything by your mind.
