I challenge everyone here to keep their New Year's Resolution at least until Valentine's Day. Too many people don't stick to their New Year's Resolutions as there's no tangible reward for doing it. Pride's a great motivating factor but people need something to feel they've done a great job. Like the ever motivating reward/punishment system. If you are able to stick to your resolution at least until Valentine's Day, reward yourself with something you've always wanted to buy or do but never had the time to or just never got yourself to do. Remember the reward needs to fit the goal. You can also setup different holiday checkpoints for your resolution where you do this throughout the year. That way the resolution begins to become solid. What would your resolution and reward be?

That is a good thought instead of the long term all years. Just setting a date month to month. If you make it to V-day then maybe you can make it to mothers day or so on. This keeps it in small increments so that we can make it and not such a long time. Thinking in a whole year term is why we don't make it I think. We should start in small increments. Thanks for the advice.
