Well It Finally Gave Out

The T.V. that I have in my living room has been through everything with us so I never saw the need to want to get rid of it. It always did what I wanted it to do and even though it wasn't one of the new fancy ones its picture was fine with me. It worked great for years and years and got used all the time. Over the past few months I started to notice that it was taking longer and longer for it to turn on and the picture show up. Well tonight we were watching it and in the middle of the show it just went fuzzy and no matter what we tried the picture wouldn't come back in. Now I guess I will have to buy one of the newer more fancy ones for my living room to but for tonight we will settle for the small tv from the play room!!
Have you ever hated to get rid of something until it totally quit working?

Hahah funny enough my tv exploded on me about 3-4 weeks ago.
I had so many plans to take it with me whenever i decided to move out. I was gunna keep it for ages- why throw away something that works? It's still sitting in my room even though it DOESNT work.
Its quite depressing. I dont want to leave my tv behind :( i grew attached.. :(

Mine is still sitting in my living room beside one of my side tables and I know I need to get rid of it but just haven't figured out exactly what to do with it yet.
