Poll: Which do you prefer: Cupcakes, Cookies or Brownies?

I love dessert. I haven't met a dessert yet that I didn't love. I especially love desserts that can be picked up and eaten as you go, like cupcakes, brownies and cookies. So I'm curious, which of those 3 is your favorite? If you could only pick one - which would you pick?
It's such a hard choice for me because I love them all but I think I'm going to have to pick brownies. I love all kinds of brownies but I really love the Blondie Brownies - they are not chocolate, they taste more like maple to me and they have nuts in them. I also love regular cakey - gooey - chocolate brownies too with a BIG cold glass of milk.
If I picked cupcakes, I'd pick white cake with chocolate frosting with lots of pretty sprinkles on top.
If I picked cookies, I'd have to pick hot chocolate chip cookies.. now I want some dessert!!

This is a really tough decision for me but I think since I have to choose just one, I'd have to choose brownies. I love how they taste and I love their texture. I especially love that you can throw so many different things into a brownie and you just don't ruin the brownie. Brownies are like my baking specialty to.
And if I had to choose a second, cupcakes would be it. I'm not a huge fan of cookies. Sometimes they're great and they hit the spot, but otherwise, I'm not too interested in them.

Ohh I agree with you! Brownies can never be ruined. You can make them so many different ways and they have the best taste and texture. You can also make them gooey or more cake-like. Cupcakes would be my second choice too.

I love making gooey, fudge like brownies. I think they are the best. The others aren't bad though, it's just that I like them being fudgey inside. I think they taste better and different than cake brownies.

I love desserts either.. but when i found out that my sugar count is above the normal percentage, my doctor advised me to stop eating sweets.. it was a hard decision on my part, but what can i do? i don't have a choice but to follow my doctor's advise.. i used to be crazy about eating cupcakes, particularly, Sonja's Vanilla Sunshine Cupcakes. They have the best cupcakes in town.. =) but now, i don't think i can still eat those treats anymore because of my health condition.. poor me!

I'm sorry to hear about your blood sugars but you are not alone - I am diabetic so I am not supposed to eat sugar at all - but I still eat sweets, I just avoid the ones with real sugar. You are missing out on a lot of really yummy treats that you CAN have that are made with Splenda or other Sugar Free Sweeteners.
If you go to a site called www.lowcarbfriends.com and check out their Recipe Help Forum, you will see a LOT of things you can make at home that taste just like they have been made with sugar but they have no sugar at all. Cakes, cookies and brownies too. Even really delicious cheesecake cupcakes that are my favorite and taste super yummy.
Don't miss out just because you can't have sugar.

Such a hard choice to make! I love all three. I have to say though that I prefer cookies over the others because of the cookie dough before hand. lol I love eating that stuff and no matter what anyone says I'll continue to eat it. But a good cookie with a glass of ice cold milk is awesome.
My close second though is brownies. I love the fudgey ones or the ones with caramel or something like that in them. And cupcakes are last. lol

Cookie Dough is the devil! It's so addicting! My son loves Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream and I never thought I would like it but I tried it once and now I love it too. I wish I had never tried it! lol
Anything sweet, warm and served with a glass of cold milk HAS to be good, right?

I have to go with your decision. I am a brownie lover myself. My boss, years ago, used to pick up donuts on Friday mornings. One day she noticed that I would rarely eat one. Then one day she brought the little bag of brownies that you can buy already made at the grocery store. I was in Heaven. After that, she brought brownies every Friday.
I haven't ever tried the blondie brownies, but those sound delicious. I'll have to check into that.

I love brownies! I do like cupcakes and cookies but they're nowhere near brownies. Brownies are soo yummy especially if they're moist and fudgy. Chocolate brownies is my preference but i'm curious about the Blondie brownies. I like Goldilocks brownies.

I would have to say that I love cookies the most.
I love every type of cookie and I make cookies all of the time.

Don't have to think, just know I gotta choose the cookies. Mmmmmm, coookieees! There is nothing better in the whole world than a good delicious cookie. I love pasteries of all kind but cookies that the cake. I love homemade ones the best.

I love all of that stuff! It is so hard to choose. But if I had to choose I think brownies would be my favorite as I love chocolate so very much. For cupcakes I like chocolate cake with white frosting. For cookies my very favorite is chocolate chip, especially fresh from the oven!

I am a dessert person myself. But IF I HAD to pick just one it would be brownies. The ones with walnuts in it to be specific. then it would be cupcakes. Chocolate ones with chocolate frosting. Then cookies. Like you it would be warm chocolate chip with milk. mmmmmm now I want dessert LOL.

This is a little hard for me. Let's see cupcakes are really nice and I buy them a lot. I buy cookies a lot also and I really like butter pecan. And brownies are nice. Umm... I'll cookies. I love to eat cookies and drink chocolate milk. It tastes soooo good. Me cookie monster, me eat every cookie!!! lol. I know how to make butty cookies. My cousin taught me how to make them. They taste so yummy and only take about 20 mins.

I'm a cookie girl, I love all of the above, but if I had to choose out of the 3 choices you gave, I would defintly choose cookies because I love all sorts of cookies, I like chocolate chip cookies, and oatmeal raisin cookies, and sandwich cookies but of course home made is the best,
Now I'm getting hungry for cookies right now.

My answer is a resounding and unequivocal....YES!!
You are asking me to choose between some of the great loves of my life......I could almost sooner choose a favorite star in the sky. But for the sake of providing an answer I will say cupcakes. I love cake probably just a little more than brownies and cookies. A tiny little cake that you can take with you is just wonderful.
It is still a difficult choice since I happen to think all desserts are wonderful. I am with you; I haven't met a dessert yet that I can't find something about it to love.

Yes, I love brownies too and the chocolate one specially. Ideally they should have lots of walnuts in them. I like cupcakes and cookies too. cookies can be mixed nuts while cup cakes can come with dried fruits in them.

You are just not nice, are you? Lol. This is just making me want to go and get something sweet and sticky. Even though it is 10:42p.m., we have vending machines in our building, so I could very well stay in goo all night, or at least until the change runs out. Although, I rarely get them just the way I like them, for me there is nothing like a good, warm, chocolate fudge brownie, with walnuts and that all important big cold glass of milk you mentioned. Oh my, this is torture.
I have never heard of the Blondie Brownie. That sounds quite interesting. As far as cookies, I think that I have them much more than any of the other two desserts. I am not much of a cupcake person, but when that sweet tooth hits, they are certainly better than nothing.

i love cupcakes because theyre the mini real cakes with cute designs. i go for the chocolate cupcakes hmnn..i dunno cant makeup my mind there are lots of yummy cupcakes so id go for all hahahahha
not a big fan of cookie though but i love warm triple chocolate brownies ala mode :)

Well I'm on a diet at this moment so I dont like any of them.. LOL
But when I'm not, I prefer cookies. I like them even when I was still a kid. My favorite was Chips Ahoy. It tastes great compare to other local brands. Hey! that doesn't mean I dont like cupcakes or brownies though.. I love them but I dont like if it tastes too sweet. I prefer light sweet..
