Bad trips

On the homeward part of my trip around the world I had some nasty experiences in Asia. I went from Singapore over to Sumatra and had an exciting time there. Leaving there on my way to Malaysia I was really sick and got a high fever. I was seriously ill for the next week and even water made me sick. Then I slowly got better and my bed was the only one in the youth hostel that didn't have bed bugs. Two weeks later I fell down a drain and really injured my leg. So I came home on crutches. Years later I had another nasty experience in Asia. I was walking along a lonely beach in the Maldives and I got attacked. That was a terrifying experience.

lol. I was totally thinking of a different sort of trip. But yeah I have. When I went to Disneyland I ended up having to get surgery, but I dont even want to talk about what happened cuz noone would believe me anyway.

Oh yeah. When my second husband and I were freshly separated, we had to fly from AZ to Texas to a wedding on his side. That wasn't bad...it was the whole "being in the same room" with the ex. The wedding wasn't anything special either. But, we had to drive nearly 9 hours in the same car together...it wasn't easy, any of it. *Pleiades
