Are you changealbe?

I tend to be like this. The weird thing is I tend to research things and put money and effort into them, then I tend to shy away from them. Thinking back to things I've given up on in the past, I notice some of it also the people invovled. There have been times and days I shy away from MyLot because I feel not accepted by certain members. I think that's my main reason for loosing interest in things. Every time I tried to start something or have a hobby, I feel pushed out by people. A few years ago, I wanted to do craft things and I crochet. I was thinking of starting my own little business. I made friends with craft people and crochet people. I spend hundreds of dollars on yard, hooks, scissors, ribbons, ect to do it and I let people tell me I wasn't good enough. I was selling things and people would purposely lower their prices and just be mean to make me lose sales or customers. So, I tend to like an idea or interest, get to it, but the people or the motions of it turn me off. However, I like to explore and travel. So, I think I'm a person who embraces and enjoys change.

Well I guess you are lucky then, because some people have a hard time adapting to change and it sounds like you are the exact opposite. I have been here for over a year, and it seems it is working out well for me. I like the positive discussions that go on. And every now and then it seems we have some people who have the same interests or same sense of humor. It's great to enjoy people from all over the globe.
