Where are the touchpad settings in Vista?

I looked under mouse settings, but I could not find it! It's frustrating because the touchpad is too sensitive, and while typing my palm ends up touching the mousepad and it messes up my typing. I am using a USB mouse, and can only find the settings for that. I think something happened to the touchpad driver like it disappears or something or was incompatible.
