I agree with you. In fact, war is not a solution, instead it is a problem in itself.

I would like to believe that we could settle things with out going to was. But it takes both sides being willing to set down and work out the differences. but that doesn't always happen. We are told in the bible to turn the other cheek but it doesn't say to keep being a victim either. Some times war is the only way to settle a such problems hen the other party won't talk or listen.

Hi antony2best, I feel that war always makes things worse and that it is never the solution. We have been fighting each other since the beginning of time and it simply leads to more fighting. We must believe that it is possible to end all war and continue to seek for a diplomatic solution to all conflicts. Blessings.

I honestly can't see war is EVER a solution. Surely we have evolved enough to be able to talk about our problems and work things out? This sounds simplistic, because I realise a lot of the time wars are because people want something other people have - and have to invade and destroy in order to have it. When this happens, all the other country can do is defend itself. My daughter's fiance left for Afghanistan yesterday, and in my opinion, none of our troops should be there.

War is definitely not a solution.....coz v r human being & not animals......!!!God has been kind on us 4 providing us with a powerful brain..........which has d potential 2 resolve the complex problems of life...!!!If war is meant 2 b d ultimate solution for an issue....then wat is d importance of Human brain....We should try 2 resolve through mutual understandings which can be,not fully but partially, benificial 4 both d parties....
In addition 2 d same....war has done more harm than good.......It deprives many of their source of livelihood........
Live and let other live :)

No, war should not be the solution. There might be difference between cultures. We should be able to resort to talks, negotiations to resolve the problems. Peaceful co-existence and respect for other nations or cultures is a rule for judging civilization.
There are no winners from wars. The victims are mostly ordinary people. Poor kids, who are on this world for such a short time. No excuses whatsoever.
