Hey, Well, I could definately go longer without my computer than without my phone... If I am away from the computer, I don't feel weird, but if I don't have my phone on me, I feel really uncomfortable, I don't know why, but I can't stand not having my phone on me... On the other hand, I can happily go without my computer for a couple of weeks, so yeah... Oh, my phone is a HipTop by the way, so it has unlimited web browsing, email, mms (picture messaging), sms, and msn... I think that helps alot, as I can do many of the things I would do on my computer when I'm out and about, and I can freely move around, not stuck to the desk, and alot cheaper to run than a computer too... So yeah, I could definately go longer without my computer, I am hardly bothered at all if I don't go on it for a week, but going one day without my phone is like torture, lol.

Dear friend, I could use many uses of cell phone in my laptop and uses in cell compared to laptop is highly limited. Hence I would opt for my computer. I can call, video chat, or various other ways of communication can be done by computer too as cell phone is mainly for communication.

Hi Ronnyb -- definitely, my cellphone. I would simply join a computer based phone service lol! I am not much on the phone thing, never have been it is simply a modern convenience but one I can live without, my husband is the same way. Now my computer on the other hand is always on, and in constant use for practical and entertainment purposes. I spend hours at the computer and only a few minutes if any on the phone in a day. Thanks for the discussion, happy posting! be happy, be joyful, be safe, be strong! oohcute2340

I can't live without my computer. I need a computer for my job. I can bear without having a cellphone because my friends can just send me an e-mail or just send me a message through yahoo messenger.

Maybe my computer. I used to have a month that I didn't use the computer, that is because at that period my company sent me to take part in a training lessons, there is no computer. I have my cellphone at that time, that is ok. I can communicate with my friends by using my cellphone.

I think i could live without a cell phone the longest because the computer is key to catching up on day to day events and doing things like mylotting! Plus right now i don't have a cell phone and i am fine.

For me the cell is more important. Otherwise my family will not be able to contact me in case of need. Computer? It is also important. But i can pull on without that also for a few days. There are so many computer centers in the city. They are cheaper too.. Happy mylotting

I'm not sure I could live without either. I need my cell phone for work. I might go a day or so without using my computer, but that might be it.

Hey, Personally, I do NOT think that I could live without my computer. It is just that I do so many things on it comparing to my mobile. A mobile is mainly used just for communicating. But a laptop can be used for communication, games, movies, music, Internet, etc... Hope this helps!

I prefer computer more than phone. Computer is good practise and lots of learning chance. phone is just waste time on bill and expensive.

Hi friend ronnyb, I would like to live with both of them. If I am forced to make a choice, I would take the computer. As my mobile is an old one and not be able to compete with a PC for browsing the net. Happy mylotting

Hello ronnyb! Gee this is a hard question. If you will ask me right now, I can't say I can't live without my computer or my cellphone but I can say my life wouldn't be easier without them. But if you I really have no choice, probably I would choose to have my computer. I can't take to loose my computer. This is where me and my husband talk most of the time. It's also my source of extra income, so probably, I will try to earn more online and buy a cellphone. Besides, computer is better than cellphone. I can use computer to communicate too.

I honestly think I will be able to live without my cell phone. The reason I chose cell phone is because I have a house phone that I can use to make calss.

Cell phone. Forever. First off, my husband insisted I have one. We live in the country, and winter is fierce. So it's only for emergencies. I can just as easily stay in town so it's not necessary. I hate being called. Hate talking on the phone too. Too many years where people would call me on the regular phone and talk for HOURS. I can't stand that! I felt so trapped. I don't like feeling trapped. The computer I use for writing, emailing, and other fun stuff. Let's see, fun vs. trap. FUN!

That's a really easy question for me. I'd ditch the cellphone in a heartbeat and keep my computer. I do have a cellphone but it's not connected to a service. I can only use it to make an emergency call but that's fine with me. I can get help if I need it and everything else can wait.
