Do you ever find that your asthma affects your life?
I mean, my asthma is not so bad. I take an inhaler before i go to bed, and when i wake up. Though i do notice when exercising i get out of breath really easily. And the vital capacity of my lungs is rather low too...
What about you though? Does it get in the way of anything you do?

Though I don't have Asthma. But I know how bad it is and what it's adverse effects are, I hope everyone who is suffering from it take proper care of themselves and avoid any attack. It could be fatal.

i know how you feel, but you must go to a doctor that specializes in asthma. I am now on advair and am doing just fine with it. my niece is like that, but she has advair and does not use it... go figure!
