I'm a junior student, studying all by myself and I really want to have a job in a foreign company. What should I do? I'm a Chinese shtudent majoring in English and I'm learning Japanese now.
How can I be a member of a foreign company? Thanks!

To work in a foreign company, you should maintain a very high standard of English. If you can master another language other than English, that would be a bonus and make you stand out among your equivalents.
Since you have no past job experience in your profile for your potential employers to refer to, you can look for some part-time job or internship that can give you some exposure to the working world.
Besides, your personality, talent and attitude are also factors that others will consider in your job application.

Having some kind of academic qualification may help when the company is considering whether the candidate is suitable. But during the interview process, you should be able to actively and positively project your talent, potential and attitude...etc. You should have the qualities that the company is looking for.

There are a lot of ways to find that one perfect foreign company that you like. But I think trying to figure it out now, will not be useful for you. First, finish your studies, and I know that when you graduate and do well at school, you will not find it difficult to find the best job, and the best company you want to work for.
