Office stress

Hello, Myself is a professional.I do a lot of work starting from morning 8 to evening 8.In the office i used to face a lot of incidences which creates lot of stress to me.I know the some part of yoga & meditation but truly saying i do not practice them a lot .I want to do it but lack of time & work burden do not allow me to do it.I want to know is there any short & sweet way to do relaxation exercises or yoga which does not looks odd while doing? Is there any way to do short yoga say for 5-10 minutes which has a long impact? Are there any postures in office which gives us the same benefits as yoga or meditation give us? I know there are intelligent persons around us let's benefit ourselves & other by contributing our good ideas.Are you having any special idea regarding"office yoga",Short yoga?
