My case is similar to you. More other than not, I tend to feel what I feel. But when it comes to fully expressing my feeling in words either verbally or in written form, I find it a hard job for me. Either I can't find the right words, or I only feel but can't tell.
I was always criticized by my teachers in school and later by supervisors at work for talking too less and writing too concise. They can't understand me sometimes.
Recently, I find a way to better express myself. That is, always think from the angle of your audience. Be as detailed as possible. It really works. But I have to put much efforts to THINK and rework my sentence.

No I don't like talking to people about my feelings or anything actually. because after the coversation is over I walk away and then think of the perfect things I should have said, But irronically I can express my self very well through writing?

I also can't express myself well and often can't find the words to say what i think or feel. It gets frustrating at times especially during an argument and i can't defend myself effectively. I think we are far from the only ones who find it hard to express ourselves, particularly in the spur of the moment.
