Recently, I have a problem of falling asleep. I lie in my bed and close my eyes but find my mind active. I am not under pressure and I do not have coffee before sleep. Does anyone know the cause of sleeplessness?

What is it that you find your mind thinking about when you're lying in bed trying to go to sleep? I would imagine whatever you're thinking about it the source of your stress and would be the source that is causing your sleeplessness. Are you currently on any medications? Sometimes medications can cause you to be restless and not sleep. Another thing to consider might be your bed. Are you having any neck or back pain that might also be contributing to you not getting a good night of rest?

You are hitting the head on the nail! I think it is because I keep thinking of one particular thing and this thing keeps running on my mind that has caused the insomnia.

You are under stress.. Maybe you have something going on in your mind. And worrying about that might be the reason for this sleeplessness. Try drinking a glass of warm milk, or read a book, this works for me, and I am hoping it can work on you too.
