I need a facebook intervention. Anyone else?

I can't seem to quit wasting time on Facebook. I'm addicted and I need help :) I can't get away from it. It's on my home computer and also I have the facebook application on my iPhone. I'm thinking I just need to remove it from my phone. I think we need to create Facebook Anonymous. I was so much more productive when I was not a facebook user. Are others as addicted to this site as I am?
