What happened to taketheglobe.com?

Taketheglobe.com, a well reputed PTC site. They even had tied up with facebook.com and got grat reviews at digg.com. They said that they were gonna get a 200,000$ fund from some source which will do wonders for their site. A couple of days back they went offline and have not come back yet. Is this another scam in the making? what do you think?
