What do you think, is the meaning of life?

I'm not really sure that there is an overall meaning of life. I think that there can only be a meaning to the life of the individual and only you can define that ( if that makes any sense.)

i would say that life is a mixture of emotions and there are a lots of things which are unpredictable and suprising which happen in life..We have to face life and then we also have to learn from what we faced..Its a continuos process and we should nver give up from life..LIfe is just once,enjoy to its fullest. thanks happy mylotting

Life is not mystery unless you try to know it.If you take into a vast word ,you will never catch its meaning.Life can be understood by self experience becuase it remodels new worldview and idea about others.When you started understanding your worldview and others,you may come to observation about meaning of life.For instance,generous people thinks giving is life,stingy people think nothing can be trusted and so on ,when you try to compile little of other view than you might discover the meaning of life.

this is certainly a poignant question. i think for me the answer is LOVE. plain and simple the human connection of love between any two people whether it be man and woman, mother and child, friend and friend. without LOVE there is really no point to being here. i feel so sorry for anyone who does not know that. it is not about possesions, money, power or any of that. the love i share with my son is worth everything to me. he is the most wonderful person and the love is true and without reservation. it is unconditional. to me over the years i have found the most intense and true love comes from children. they give it freely and with their whole hearts.

Well surely the meaning of life differs for each person as each person sees the world differently. for me its to be happy do as much stuff as i can before i die and try to look back on it and say yeah that was worth doing.

I think is not how to figure out meaning of life but how or what you do every minutes that make you know that your life is useful or just wasting your time. I know there is an organization names Budha Tzuci(if I not spell it right, I'm sorry), they make a lot of things that make the participant have been full(meaning of life). What they do is very simple, HELPING OTHERS THAT NEEDS HELP. Only that simple but make many difference. Maybe everybody have a way to make their life have a meaning. I also think that all of us have a freedom what to do what their will.

For me, the meaning of life is to stay happy, and enjoy life. For our life, everyone only have about seventy years, it is not a very long period of time,so we need to cherish everyday in our life,love our family,our friends, help others, and stay happy forever. Maybe this is the most important.

I believe there is more than that...living life to the fullest. I beleive each one of us has a purpose in this life that's why we exists. There is One great creator whom we ought everything we have and what we ought to be in the future. We are here to exist as one unique creature above all the creatures and we ought to live our lives the way God wants us to. If we are trusting ewverything in Him and let him guide us in whatever endeavor we do we can have an abundant and fulfilling live to live and we'll be able to understand the full meaning of our existence.

You are right about that but some people feel that they have to find cuz of how their life sucks. If they feel there was no reason for them to be here do u think they want to be here. Some people feel that bad times are ahead and have to look for a solution to their needs. And so they doubt themselves and have to find out the meaning of what their true meaning of life really is. Or the pysche will play an important role in sanity if u can undersatnd what i mean

Hello Crivas! You are right. I totally agree with you. Life is what we make it. We will decide what we want in our life. God gave us life to do what we want and do what he wants too.

I agree with you.You hear people discussing this and hey what about living your life,once you stop thinking and start acting out your life you might just get somewhere,I am always tempted to say to these people who sit and philosophies all day ,why don't you go to the local hospital or school and volunteer for good works,sitting and reading to a blind person might make them realise you are supposed to give your time for good,it is like all these protestors who hold up building works to save the planet,who pays their dole money we do ,we need that particular road built so we can get to work,if we don't you don't get your rent paid and poll tax rebate,In England everytime there is something going on they all turn up and protest new road, new power station, saying we are ruining the earth,but how on earth can the hospitals save lives, how can the kids get educated if they cannot see to read and write.I have gone off at a tangent and I hope you don't mind but it just came out,thank you.xx

i m not sure enough, what would be right comment about this question ,but i think living of life in the happest way is called life,u live ur life more especil for ur happines,do freely whatever u want to do ,enjoy it as u want to enjoy it ,listen ur heart voice,what ur underneath want to do u

To my opinion,the meaning of life is treasure all the things which are owned now,life,health and so on.These days my stomach is pain and now i realize that it is most important to have a good health.The meaning of life is to be happy everyday.

life is full trials and happinies,but well tell i think life if you always thinking and not positive become paranoid.sometime life full surprices u don't know our future god only knows happen our life,weather we like it or not if god said get our life we can't say no right,thanks to god for new life everday that they gave us,i think for me that meaning of life not our life being complecated cuz we make it

I remember I read an article when I was still in high school. The article is about how the author explores the meaning of life in his life, and what you pointed out is exactly the same with the author, "the meaning of life is life itself." Everybody's life would be varied from each other, and life's meaning depends on how one interprets it in his own way. I am still looking for my life's meaning.

What i feel is I have not yet reached the time i can say the meaning of life.There is more to go and understand from the situations we have met and we are gonna meet.but all i can say is... life is to enjoy
