I have seen a lot of people sticking there chewing gum at places like under the table, on one corner of the chair, behind the door etc. once they are done with it.
I myself do that times...actually most of the time.....okay okay you win, I do it all the time.
What about you?
How do you get rid of it?

I never stick my chewing gum on tables, chairs etc. i am very concerned with "cleanliness" coz i'll be the one who's going to benefit out of it. So what i do is that I get a piece of paper and stick my gum on it and then shoot that small thing in the trash can, quite simple right?. . . try it for youeself!

Well, I don't do that because as a mother, you get tired of telling your children "Don't touch the gum under the table!".
I chew sugarless gum alot because it helps prevent tooth decay when you can't brush. I always try to dispose of my gum in a garbage can. Which isn't too hard because I'm almost always someplace where there is one. I keep a plastic grocery bag in the car for garbage there. If I'm at a restaurant, I fold it into the corner of a paper napkin, paper placemat or wrapper.

i throw it in the garbage where it belongs.
i wouldn't want hardened globs of gum all over the house.
it's impossible to remove easily once it's on there.

I like wrapping it back in some kind of candy or gum wrapper and offer it to others. This is a an old one but still many people fall to it.

I used to stick it anywhere earlier...that it wud stick to somebody shoe, and I'll just enjoy when he/she comes to know about it...
But you know nowadays as I am getting decent I just wrap it in a piece of paper and throw either in a dustbin or at least a safe place...really...

I put my gum in a gumwrapper or in an old receipt I got at the supermarket or something similar. If I don't have that lying around I spit it straight into the bin; however, I try to prevent that because the people cleaning out the bins have a terrible job trying to get that out. My mom works in the cleaning bussiness so I know what a pain it can be.

Hi,
Yes people might think I think to much of it but I have seen for myself what kind of crap gum becomes when it dries up and the kind of chemicals people need to use to get rid of it; whilst it's a little trouble putting it in some kind of wrapper or small piece of paper. If more people would witness it for themselves they might not think so lightly about it either. Thank you for understanding and thanks for your response.

Hi.
At first I was about to say that you think too much but if your mother is in the same business then it might come naturally to you.

I don't often chew gum but if and when I do I defiantly don't stick it under a table some where. That is as disgusting as spitting it out on the side walk or in a parking lot for someone to step on. It is so aggravating to step on chewing gum in the summer when it's hot and have it stick to your shoe. If I am chewing gum and am ready to spit it out I either use a kleenex or a napkin if I'm at a restaurant because I wouldn't want to clean it up after someone else. If I'm walking I take some paper from my pocket or purse to put it in then toss it when I get to a rubbish can.

I usually put it in a tissue, garbage, or piece of paper. If I don't do that it'll bite me in the rear....
I don't have gum to often cause the kids will swipe it from me and stick it wherever they feel like. Yeah not a happy mum here.

Hi.
How can not being able to dispose one's chewing gum bite that person in the rear?

My kids (as I'm a stay-at-home mom of 3) see every little thing I do weather or not I think they are. So if they see me even if I don't think they did they'll copy it. Plus they've stuck gum on the couch that left a hole on my faux suede couch, my rug and so fort...
hence biting me in the rear damaging our home.

I usually throw my used gum in a bush or some other plant growth where people can't walk. When I'm shopping and there is no place to throw it...yeah, I throw it under someones car, which is not that nice. lol

Chewing gum is helping our teeth cleaning after meals, but sometimes becoming a nuisance if not well disposed of, as you mentioned above. I would usually use a tissue to wrap the use gum, and then throw it in the rubbish basket. I believe that should be the only way.

Hi.
If you talk about the proper way, yes that is the only one, but if you aim at having a bit of fun with it, there is a lot more that you can do with it.

Hahaha! At least you are honest. Well, what i do with by gum when i'm done with it is i put it in a tissue or its wrapper and throw it in the garbage. I love chewing gums. By the way my favorite gum is the strawberry flavored gum. Happy my lotting!!

I always bring with me a box of tissue paper so disposing of my chewing gum was never a problem. I'll wrap it in the tissue paper and locate a garbage can. If no garbage can is available nearby, I just slip it in the outside pocket of my bag and get rid of it as soon as I find a garbage can.

Hi.
So much of decency, nice.
But has it ever happened that in the process the tissue got torn and your bag's pocket got spoiled?

Something worse than that. There was a time I forgot that I have a chewing gum wrapped in tissue inside my bag. Kept the bag in my cabinet and the next morning... there are ants all over!!!

If I am in a movie house, I stick it on the seat or on the seat's head rest. That's fun. You will soon notice someone trying to pull out gum from their behind or separating their tangled gummy hair.
Actually, those I think are the worst practice of disposing a gum. I really hate it when I become a victim of such prank. Can't we just keep the packaging to have something to wrap the gum after chewing it? I

Hi.
You shouldn't be doing that without any purpose. If you do spit them on ground then you have to say that you are preparing for a bit of a prank on someone.
