In Junior High we learned how to do bunny cakes for Easter. You take two normal round cakes (or maybe it's just one, don't remember any more)like if you're making a 2 layer cake and you cut them and arrange them in such a way that it looks like a rabbit and then you frost it.

That's definitely a neat way to do it. I'm tempted to go and buy cake molds when they start clearancing things off after each holiday. Then I have a variety to work from.

I've made lion cupcakes before, they were awesome. I filled a cupcake liner with vanilla cake batter, then using a thin bladed knife, scraped chocolate batter around the edge of the liner. Then I dragged it in in places, like a mane. Then I used the knife to blob on a chocolate batter nose, eyes and mouth. Most of them turned out well, but my back didn't thank me for being bent over for that long!
I've also made marshmallow frosting. It was sticky and gooey, but amazing!!! I melted some marshmallows with a little bit of butter in a bowl over a pan of boiling water. When it had all melted, I removed it from the heat and mixed in some icing sugar. It was a little stiff, so I mixed in a splodge of water, and hey presto!
Yummy!
