How can I save my friend .

One of my friend is in coma and also have brain tumer. Her treatment is in process in my own country. My another two friend taking care of her. I am in abroad and my one another friend also in abroad. We four friend are trying to save her life. We are doing everything we can. We two friends from abroad are covering all the treatment expenses. There is no medicine in my country which she need. We use to send one of my friend to france to bring medicine form there. All medicine we brought last time has been already finish but she need it. Now we don't have enough money to buy medicine from france. As we are students and no good income source, no one belive us to provide loan. Now what to do to save my friend. If she will not provide that medicine she goning to die. What to do now ?? what to do?
