hi all!
the holidays have just passed and my husband and i are already thinking of our valentine's date. we will be treating ourselves, probably the last time before the baby comes in march.
we both love japanese food and so we decided to eat yakiniku! well, for those who don't know, that sliced meat and marinated and you as the customer get to cook it in a burner in front of you. so i am sure that my husband and i will enjoy it.
we will save up for our date because that will be pretty expensive. but i am sure my husband and i will really enjoy it.
so what about you? do you have plans already? will you still celebrate the day?
take care and God bless you all! :-)

Hello spoiled311,
You are very fast in making plans I have yet to think of Valentine Day. In fact, we don't really celebrate it as my husband says, 'Everyday is Valentine for us until you hate me!' I think I am opposite of you - I don't like Japanese food though I work for them and being surrounded by them all days I hope both of you will enjoy it very much as this will be the last time you celebrate it together and by next year, the will be three of you and well, I don't think you can really enjoy it next year!

hehehe yeah i guess if you work in such an environment, you would not want to eat the food served there. i guess it is the smell. i dunno, ever since i got pregnant, i wanted to do and prepare everything in advance. thanks for your reply.

Hi spoiled,
Woww..that is great!
Hmm...last night, hubby told me that he made a reservation in one of the restaurants in town which we both love!
I wish to object since it is quite expensive there but don't like also to spoil his excitement! Honestly, I love the place, but I guess this is nature for us women to think ahead of the expenses! LOL!
Anyway, it's once a year so we all deserves to be happy and we deserves to treat ourselves!

hahaha same here! i am also very concerned with expenses. and this yakiniku restaurant is also pretty expensive, at least for our living standard. but well, we have been through a lot lately and we have so much to celebrate, so why not? it doesn't happen everyday.
wish you a great time on your date! :-)

Oh my! Yakiniku sounds delicious! I'm actually going on a date this friday night :D a celebration because we haven't been on a date since the holidays - we live in different provinces so we weren't together for christmas or new year.
For valentine's day.. we don't have any plans yet. We heard that there's a concert near that date but we still haven't made up our mind :D
Thanks for the response on my discussion!
