indulge in game

I hate myself these days that I am indulge in game for almost half a day everyday in working, I know it's waste of time, but I can not find better thing to do, because of the financial crisis, less enquiry from client and almost no order, I am very anxious for my company, but no better way, so I play game in internet to wear down my time and forget the anxiety, but I do not want such state last too long, I need to come back to normal work, do you have any better suggestion?
