A true observation, I think we have to limit or track down our spending and focus on keeping something instead, like savings and from that we can utilize wisely to venture into a business of your own, we don't have to expect to much to the company or institution we have worked with, since we can't be assure as to whether it will keep you or kick you, there be another option for one to bring bread on the table.
