Forgot to take money in wallet

Hello friends , I had this embarrassing situation some time back . I planned to have dinner with my girl and we both went to restaurant. :-) we had nice dinner and bill came. I took my wallet out and found that there is no enough cash in it. But I was not worried as i had fully loaded three credit cards with me. But alas , bearer told me that they don't accept credit card and they will take only case. I didn't had other way out but to inform her and made to sit for some time alone o that I can go to an ATM to get the money. Still i didn't feel bad but was angry with the hotel for not taking credit cards. So from that day i stopped going out trusting plastic money. But I was embarrassed with my Gf. She didn't mind it even though.
Have you guys ever been in this situation? do you go out with out hard cash in your pocket ?

certainly that is an embarrassing situation. It is interesting that i have faced more than one time like that. I also do not trust credit cards any more,but still can not live without it. If daily life, we always need back-up for emergyncy or such kind of embarrassing situation. Just remember to make sure that you have enough cash in the wallet when go to restaurant, especially with girl friend. That's what i have been doing a long time.

Hi Manoj,
I watched the same situation only in films. Some are really forgetting the money and offering credit/debit card but they are not accepting the card and some really don't have money and making their GF a fool. First time I heard a real incident and thanks for sharing. There is no need of feeling bad and your feeling of angry is genuine. Now people are over depending on cards so this kind of incident can happen with anybody. I am glad, you learnt a lesson from your experience. Good luck next time (lol).

They are the one that accept the invitation and they don't mind for us to take charge of any cash involve, money matters

Hi,
Its really very funny to picturize your incident. :D.. It do happen , its your smart move man! You don't feel, oly that hotel managers have to feel for not accepting the cards. It shows that they are not hi-fy :) I haven't experienced any situations like yours. But it would have been great, if you had questioned and showed chi-reactions to that bearer. :) Any ways.. have fun:)
