i don't understand what to do at all

ok so this classmate of mine that i told you before (the one i like)..for those who know..well, we've been exchanging jokes for the whole christmas period when we did not see each other. I was posting a shout out in my friendster and his shout out was an answer to my post so I know that it's like i'm not alone in what i'm feeling. But then, just this morning, I grew tired of keeping my feelings so when he reported, I just smiled a lot. Even though, the teacher already scolded him, I still smiled a really big smile but I did not know that he knew I was smiling a lot. Later, I can sense he was like hurt and mad at me for what I did. Then after a while he approached me and touched my hair. I said to him, don't do that..then he said to me and to my friends that I was always laughing at him when he reported, and he would also do that when it would be my turn. I'm thinking, he could have looked elsewhere..that's why i'm confused already what to do.
