Over-weight stewardess sacked by the airlines.

Caution all over weight avian employees! An over-weight air hostess of the Air India was sacked last day citing that she did not reduce her wieght after warning her by the authorities.What do you think.Is body weight something like luggage which can be offloaded as and when required.Was the authorities right in doing so or should they have helped her in redicing the wieght instead of dismissing her.

I think this case came maybe 1 and half years back. They should have taken that as a warning and tried to reduce their weight. If they had not taken any necessary steps to lose weight then there was nothing wrong in sacking them.
