If you had your own country, what type of goverment would you establish?

If you were given a large piece of land and a growing a population. What type of goverment would you establish? Would the people have many rights or few rights? Would the economy be booming or come secondary? Would you have a strong military or a weak one? ect ect

if i had my own country i would definitely have the following features in my country.
1.it should be a hindu republic country.
2.it should be a democracy.
3.army base should be large and strong
4.people should have many rights but since it is a hindu country hindus would have all the rights where there would be some restrictions on people of other religion.
5.economy should be stagnant.it should not be booming becuase after booming there would be recession.so economy should have a steady growth.
thats it.
