Hello friends recently all of you heard about worst ever financial scandal about Satyam Inc. Its CEO Mr Raju admitted about fraud of 7000 crores rupees. Do you consider it as worst ever scandal and if so then who is responsible. Why corrective measure was not taken by SEBI. Pl share your views pkc3000

Yes, it is just same to Harshad Mehta's Scandal. Our system is the culprit. It has proved that our Auditors are not performing their duty honestly, other such a big scam can not continue days after days.

Hello sona22 You are very much correct We are claiming that we are having foolproof system to prevent all such scam but I thnik all claim are bogus. You have rightly pointed out that it is the failure of CAG and other regulatory authorities. pkc3000
