A couple of my favorites that I don't have a name for:
Add three eggs to one cup of sour cream or plain yogurt and mix well.
Butter a casserole dish and put half this mixture in it. Put a layer of cubed cooked meat: sausage, ham, chicken or whatever you have on hand. Add a layer of shredded cheese, then top with the rest of the egg mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about a half hour, uncover and bake another 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
It's slightly tangy if you use yogurt.
The other one:
1 cup raw rice
2 cups chicken bouillon or 2 cubes plus to cups of water
1/2 cup cut up chicken
1 can or 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables.
Butter
Melt butter in a large skillet and add rice. Stir and fry until the rice is mostly translucent, then add chicken bouillon all at once (quickly to avoid spattering). Cook until the rice is almost done, then add vegetables. If you use frozen vegetables, cook until they're done, but if you use canned vegetables, drain them before you add them, and add the chicken and cook long enough to heat through.

Try this: When I was too young I do not know cooking but now I can suggest some one or help in his/her cooking as well. Now I am going to tell you a small cooking idea if you eat chicken then you must try this. Take a skinless chicken and cut in to small pieces or if you want you can keep them some large also but I suggest cut in to small pieces, make a paste of fresh Garlic and Ginger in a mixer or grinder whichever available but it should be nicely grind. Put the paste in to chicken pieces. Pour some Lemon juice over it. Put some Black Pepper powder and if available Indian garam masala. then take some curd in a bowl and mix it well and mix with chicken and marinate the chicken for 1-2 hours. You can keep it inside the refrigerator if required or if you want some time to cook. Remove it from fridge and allow it to come in to normal temperature and then put very little ghee or oil in a pan and cook it on low heat then add some salt to taste. You will see that curd will change in to some oil and the chicken will be becomes dry. serve the chicken and take lots of thanks from your nearest and dearest.
