Hey guys,
Check the latest blog entry on CBU. The editor James, has laid down some new rules that will be effective from next month. Basically everyone will be divided into three levels and there will be a limit to the number of reviews we can submit, depending on our level. Check out the site for all the details

this gives some idea about the site.
i think its a legit site .. thats y they now changed the rules ...

yes they are definitely taking the correct step although I feel that they should have done this a long time ago
