i just wanted to help you learning the basic of arabic
LESSON ONE :
I) LETTERS

II) PRONOUNCIATION
? = A "Aleef"
? = Ba "Ba"
? = Ta "Ta"
? = Tha "Tha" - Pronounced like the "TH" of "FourTH"
? = Ja "Jeem"
? = Ha "Ha" This is the famous arabic "H" which 90% couldn't pronounce (aHmad, muHammad,...)
? = Kha "Kha" like the name "Jaoul"
? = Da "Da"
? = Dha "Dhal" prounced like "th" from "the"
? = Ra "Ra" very similar to the English "R"
? = Za "Za"
? = S "Seen"
? = Sh "Sheen"
? = S "Saw"
? = Da "Dough"
? = Ta "Taw, Tow"
? = Dha "Dho, Though"
? = ^A , this one will be lil hard to explain you how to pronounce it so my advice
is : if you have an arabic friend just ask him how to pronounce : ^Aly, ^Amer,...
? = Gha "Gha" prounounced like the French "R" (pourquoi, alor, merci)
? = Fa "Fa"
? = Qa "Qaf" try to say "Call" but the "Q" must be deeper (coming out of the throat)
? = Ka "Kaf"
? = La "Lam"
? = M,Ma "Meem"
? = N "Noon"
? = Ha "Ha" pronounced like the H from "Hall, Host, Hard"
? = Ou, Wu "Wuaw"
? = Ya "Ya" like "Yes"
? = ` or A, i'll tell you how to use this one later, as a beginner, you'll have
to learn the 28 others

Thank you for posting this lesson. I love learning a new language.I have an Arabic text book with me and I can read Urdu a mixture of Arabic and Persian. In the Arabic Textbook that I have, the author clearly says the first few lessons need be learnt directly from the teacher. Only then the pronunciation gets right.What is your opinion. Anyway I will follow your lessons.
