Hypocricy (or the state of being hypocrite) is the act of preaching a certain belief, religion or way of life, but not, in fact, holding these same virtues oneself.
For example, if a person were to tell to repent for his sins yet he never repents himself, this is hypocrisy.
For linguistics and social analyst Noam Chomsky, hypocrisy, defined as the refusal to "... apply to ourself the same standards we apply to others"
i think our society is a crowd of different kinds of hypocrites... am i right...?

In a sense you are right because by the definitions given there are many hypocrites in the world. Different sets of rules are imposed on other people, resulting in different categorization and treatment.
There are three signs of a true hypocrite.
1) When he/she speaks, he/she lies or never tells the truth.
2) He/she makes promises and never fulfills them.
3) He/she betrays the trust given to him/her.
I think the three signs apply to many of us.

Well, I think for the most part, you can always find some way someone is a hypocrite. I know there are certain circumastances in my life where I am. One of them I pointed out to some people not too long ago. When talking about meat eating, and harming other things. After talking about my thoughts on the aim of trying to not hurt anything, or benefit off of something being hurt, I used meat eating, as an example. Ther person queried about my vegatarianism, which was odd, as I was sure this person had witnessed me eat some sort of meat before. I explained I was not, and that I do eat as well. I feel just as strongly about plants being used for the same purpose, but eat them as well. I even smoke them for a reason not needed to physically survive. Will I rationalize this out? Like most, probably, but hope not to.
