i want a flat and toned tummy

Hi everyone I am just a newbie here.I wanna ask fellow mylotters how and what is the right diet for me to become a flat and tummy.What is the right diet for flattening abs?I am doing my cardio vascular work out for i heard this helps of flattening abs...Is this true?Any idea?please share...Thanks!

Hi sel! Welcome to mylot! Enjoy your stay while earnings!And with regards of your problem, there are no hard and fast rules in fab abs training. The secret to great abs is a balance of three important factors: an intensive strength training program, yes the cardiovascular or aerobic exercise routines. Have a healthy diet, starvation diet do not work because instead of increasing our metabolism they tell your body to slow down a bit-which eventually makes it even harder to burn fat.. Moreover, by not eating you deprive your body of nutrients. Although, you may look slim, your body fat percentage may be at a very high rate, putting your health at risk.. Eat often, that's the advice of some professional from this field, it says eating five to six meals a day will help control your appetite, regulate blood sugar and build a strong and lean body. Hi there Selina! I am not sure but what worked for me, which I did before my 18th birthday party was to eliminate rice from my diet. I paired it with exercise through Dance Revolution. It really worked. I also did that no-rice diet after giving birth paired with Tae-bo and it was really effective.
