Hi jingbautista, I envy you to have such a sound sleep in a comfortable and cool room during your office hour. I wonder whether you are the only one in your personal office. Anyway I believe the short nap to make you feeling refreshed and energetic again and could continue doing your work more effective.
I did fall asleep for a short while in the office once few years back. I felt really drowsy after taking a tablespoon of cough syrup and two tablets to stop my running nose. I tried very hard to refrain myself from falling asleep, I still got into sleep out of control. I felt rather embarrassed 
when I woke up though no one laugh at me for the short rest during office hour. They were kind and caring people, and they even hastened me to take the day off to have proper rest at home.

at first I thought you were the boss or ceo in your personal office so that you could have a sound sleep without any slightest hesitancy. Hehe it is a nice job to work in a school laboratory. At least there is certain period that no one would visit the place and you could take the opportunity to have a proper short nap at the tranquil place there. Really, we always feel drowsy after having lunch especially during the hot sunny day.
You are still young jingbautista, and there is a long way for you to move further on. As we know, life is always full of strife and conflict I believe you are strong and tough enough to face and solve all the barriers encounter. Anyway we need our family and friends as well to support and help us out of difficulties. Yeah, thing would become very much better after have a proper rest.

thank you.. honestly, after my boss is me. and under me, there are 4 to 5 undergraduate students. and during that time, i was at school, in the laboratory, and was working that morning. but then, after lunch, i was so tired that i did fall asleep. and i was tired of thinking over things out. there are a lot of things that happened to me every now and then. i have my own personal struggles and it is not easy, it never is.. i beleive that all this things happened for a purpose. and i am thankful to have the place in which i take refuge to rest to.. hmm,.. this year is not easy. a lot of problems to solve and face. and i just want also some time on my own.. thnaks..

yeah you are right. there are others as well who fall asleep. but there is really time when i am not in the mood and then i fall asleep. it was not the right thing to do either. but it is for the moment right. wehehe.. thanks..

Yes, we have a pantry here whee we sleep and its a bed just like in our homes, comfortable sheets and pillows and a great matress for great sleeping. Its really nice to sleep in an air conditioned room it makes you sleep soundly.

it's nice to know. hehe.. i am still planning to bring the sleeping bag at our apartment then bring it to the lab along with the pillow and find some place there to settle and not being noticed.. hmm, i a planning it now because in the coming days i will be working with my thesis.. huhu.. my printer isn't working.

Well, almost everyday I want to fall asleep here in the office especially if I don't have work to do.. I sometimes really fall asleep if I can take it anymore.. Then I will just woke up since I feel pain already in my neck.. I can sleep for about 10mins without anyone knew that i was sleeping.. Actually, during break time most of the people here in the office goes to sleep so that by the office hours they won't feel sleepy.. I sometimes go to sleep during our break time and that is during lunch time 12nn to 1pm..

I never fall asleep in my office because I am duty bound and I do not feel it correct to fall asleep in the office. I do my best to control the urge of falling asleep. Sometimes , it happens quite naturally that we feel like falling asleep, but I honestly feel we have to control that urge.

i did tried to control it. but i am a failure. i fall asleep.. i was so tired from the work i had last night. it wasn't easy though..
