As human beings can we ever achieve perfection or are we destined to always be flawed in some manner; not just as people but in our art, music, society, etc?
Personally I think perfect is boring, normal is boring, it is our imperfections that make us unique. I once heard something about artists adding flaws to their pottery for fear that their art would be too perfect and it would upset the Gods. I haven't made up my mind about that one yet, but what do YOU think?

Perfection is not meant for humans it is related to God. Every person will have some flaws which we have to live through Try to accept our weakness and should strive with our with our strengths. As you have said in mythology so many stories are there. where divine people get jealous of others perfection and destroy them.May be that is why artists are are adding flaws to their work to make it imperfect.

Hi FayeSolongo
Perfection usually only exsists in the mind, if I meet a perfect human being the result would be that I felt inadequate lol!! where in a new age with 'perfect materials being made like carbon nano-tubes so it seems that we are heading toward an age of perfection. thinking about it perfection is one of the main reasons people have cosmetic surgery.. they're aiming for an ideal of perfection. I like things being flawed, if everything was perfect it would be boring!
