What would the bride fell if you were invited and you didnt show up?

I think the main question here is how many people will be invited to the wedding. If there will be a lot of people there and you don't have a personal relationship with the bride or groom, I rather doubt the bride will even notice. I can't tell from what you wrote if the bride is your aunt or just a family friend. In either case, I wouldn't think you would need to go really, but especially not if the bride isn't a relation. Unless you REALLY enjoy weddings, I think life is too short to attend random people's nuptials; if you go to this one, who knows how many your aunt will be expecting you to attend in the future? You might be able to assuage any ill feelings that might arise if you get a little wedding gift for your aunt to take.
