add more: sleep ealier , no later than 12o'clock, the best sleep time is before 11p.m. after 12o'clock, your body would recover itself. but if you dont sleep at that time , the recover would be destroyed. get a good habit of sleep regularly and wake up regularly which can do good to your health

This is an interesting topic, and i can say from experience some of that stuff does apply. It does seem that if you sleep with socks on at night you're alot more comfortable falling asleep than with cold feet, who likes falling asleep with cold feet anyways? I didnt know the fact that women need 15 minutes more daily sleep than men though. That's something interesting and neat to know. And didnt know that tulips are the only placed flowers that wont cause allegic reactions in a bedroom, i'll deffinity make that a note seeing as i have a bit of plant allergies. Thanks for the enlightenment :)
