Do you think people who are shy are inefficient at everything??

There is a friend of mine, she is shy by nature. But she is not always shy, what i meant is , she is shy only at certain things. She feels shy when she met someone for the first time, it takes her long time to open up, she don't speak much. But she is very capable, whatever she do, she gives her 100% and she do everything well. But i don't know why some of my other friend
s have totally different perception of her's, they think she is incefficient, i agree she lacks in confidence but it doent mean she is ineffiecent.
what do you people think about these kind of people??

On the contrary , i know a lot of people who are shy when it comes to meeting people the first time but are extremely efficient at the tasks entrusted upon them or those that they undertake. Give these people a little time and they will show and express how good they are at it.

I am a very very shy person. But I am not inefficient. Everyone keeps on asking me what to do. I don't know why. They know I am shy but they keep on asking me for advise on their job, what to do.

I think people who ask you for advice, they know you are efficent and a knowledgable person. Though you are shy, but you got skills that they don't!!

i don't think that the people who are shy and standing back are not efficient . as many people who come forward to do a work are not 100% or 90% capable of doing the work. They generally haveself confidence or not afraid in doing things. This makes them to take the job and do it comfortably even though they are not capable of doing it. On the contrary the people who are shy at doing things may help have inferiority complex and are less successful at doing things even though they are capable of

I don't think shy people are inefficient. In fact most of the time they are more effecient. I think sometimes people don't realize this because they basically keep their accomplishments to themselves. My sister is very shy around people she doesn't know. It's very hard for her to join in a discussion and I think some people think she is dumb. She is probably one of the smartest and most efficient people I know.

I agree, some people think shy people are dumb, but they are't they are very efficient. They don't like to flaunt themselves everytime, which i like about them.
