I do not take breakfast. I directly take lunch around 1145 hrs. The next meal is dinner at 2100hrs. In the intervening time I am mainly on fluids like tea and coffee. Sometimes I have a bite around 1700hrs. If I do then I more often than not skip dinner. With all that I am overweight. I want to cut down weight.

Hi Gadhisunu,
To lose weight i think the best way is to practice yoga for half or one hour, it will really help you losing some weight.

i usually eat twice a day. even if i get up early i don't fix my breakfast till unch time some time later. that's what i did today. didn't eat breakfast till 2 o'clock so now i'm not hungey for supper. i'll probably eat a snack before i go to bed.

Hello! I am accustomed to only lunch and dinner and in between I drink four to five cups of tea and a glass of vegetable soup or a glass of fruit juice and drink water at intervals..That is all my intake everyday to live a healthy life.thanx.

i eat heavy breakfast, rice with fish egg and hotdogs.of course it has to have coffee or else its not breakfast for me. lunch will be just bread or vegetables and fruits no rice at all. i dont eat after 6. thats what i do everyday

I take about 2 meals in a day, that does not include breakfast, i'm almost all day at work so that is my excuse for not taking breakfast, even if is well known that breakfast is the most important meal in the day. Have fun

to lose weight.. it's good to eat 6 - 8 LIGHT meals.
BUT... unfortunately.. i only eat 2 meals a day.
A very light brunch and a medium dinner.
I guess, i end up eating brunch because i often wake up pass breakfast time.
And yes, like you i tend to drink as much water as i can. This is to boost my immune system.. and to cleanse my liver. Though over drinking can make one's liver work too hard.

hai, mostly i will have meals 3 times everyday ..morning,afternoon,night...i also like to take water in somewhat large content, and in the evening i will like to have snacks..
