How to forgive people who have wronged you so bad.

I find this question hard to answer just because the natural man in me will say To hell with them. I have been wronged and hurt by some people and I am finding it hard to forgive them just because of the hurt and suffering they've caused me is tough and not easy to forget. I guess what bothers me the most is if I cant forgive these people, will I be really capable of loving?
