My reason for not believing in any deity is the lack of evidence to suggest otherwise. Simple as that.

The first "reason" for my belief in God is my own insignificance vis a vis the Universe. The second reason is underlying everything- ALL CREATION, ALL ACTIVITY, ALL ENDS- is an INTELLIGENCE that seems to be present everywhere yet is impalpable.
The Inherent Order in everything, despite a superficial Second Law of Thermodynamics, that says everything moves towards Disorder. In short the incompleteness of the Laws of Physics(All Science)!
These are my reasons for my unshakable belief in God. I am forced to call it belief only because, in keeping with the methods of Science, I cannot offer any "Proof" or "incontrovertible evidence" of His Existence!

Very good question. So what made me believe in God and that He exists? Why do I believe in Him?
When I look at things like the stars, the animals, the human body, the eye, and so on, their beauty, their practicality, their functions, all shout to me that an intelligent designer made all things. This intelligent designer I call God.
Since I believe in a Creator, who is God, the next logical question to me is, does he care for us, has He communicated to us?
I have looked at the different Holy Writings, and I have concludeed that the Bible answers all my questions, as to why we are here, where we are going, what is thye purpose of life, ect
I'm happy with what I have learned and appreciate the hope of everlasting life in a paradise earth that God gives us.
