I do but not too much and in particular when I am having fish .I usually like cooking my food with natural pepper. I usually like what we on the island call "country "or "scotch bonnet " pepper, the latter being very hot and you have to be very careful with it.I am not particularly fond of bottled or pickled pepper as it usually a diluted form of pepper and just doesn’t taste the same.
Does anyone like to have pepper with their food ? and if so what types of pepper and with what types of food ?

Pepper and I go very well. I just love pepper in my food, especially soups. There are four people in this household, but strangely, I am the only one who loves pepper. I am also the only guy, so not sure if there is a co-relation. The pepper we often consume is ground white pepper, which is quite spicy and strong in flavor, and is usually sold in bottles.

Love me my pepper and have four different varities of pepper sauce in my fridge, not to mention I laugh when people say something is hot and burns all the way down their throat and I am still sitting there waiting for the same feeling since the only thing burning slightly is my tongue.
I have yet to find a realy HOT pepper...jalapeno peppers I would eat raw, yum...scotch bonnet, yum, I guess I just have a high tolerance for peppers...

Yes i like pepper in my food.I love to have black pepper powder with eggs.I also love to have pepper cloves with dishes like vegetable rice.It is really good to take pepper for the body when we have colds. If pepper is mixed with honey it helps prevent coughs and sore throat.

I like a little pepper in my food sometimes. Bell pepper is good for pizza and salads. I prefer to use fresh pepper than those bottled or processed ones. Fresh is always best. The small red pepper that brings out the flavor of some food too. However, those small red pepper can be really hot so I am careful about using this variety.

I do like a bit of pepper yes but only use it to season food when I am cooking. I usually like ground black pepper or I use the peppercorns and grind them myself. I do not like to put pepper on my food after cooking, my hubby does and he has loads of the stuff which I think just ruins it.

i do like black pepper on some of my foods like eggs, salad, pasta and rice. it really enhances the flavor of some foods but it is not good on everything in my opinion. i did not use it at all years ago but have really grown to enjoy it. it does have some health benefits as well.

I prefer to use powdered black pepper whenever I cook fish or meat.I notice that the fishy smell of the food I cooked is hardly noticed.I prefer to grind black pepper to powder rather than buying the ready powdered one because it seems diluted. The food seems to be sprinkled with dirt but the taste of pepper is not there. While a grounded whole black pepper needs only as small amount to get the taste that you want.

This sounds quite strange but I absolutely hate pepper! I do however love it on cooked pasta! Does this make any sense? I'm not too keen on the hot stuff! I suppose it's not too bad when you mix it with other flavours! Andrew

Hi ronnyb! Yes, I do use pepper in seasoning some of the dishes I cook and prepare. I just love it but most of the time I use the black pepper especially when I am marinating fish in vinegar. I sometimes use the red pepper once in awhile in cooking chicken dishes in tomato sauce.
Have a wonderful day!

I like pepper , but i will not take it everyday.
After having the pepper, my skin will have some problems, so I think my body is not suitable for pepper .
The pepper in the winter day can help me get rid of the cold, and make my body warm. As pepper contains vitamins, so it is good to our health. So I only take it once a week.

I like spicy food, for all kind food am eat. Unfortunately not all food give title very hot, extra hot, very spicy, extra spicy is really like what they said. Really disappointed cos i love spicy, sometime food very or extra hot or spicy when i test is little bit or more sweet.
So if i want something spicy for my food, i decide to made by my self. The solution is just going to kitchen and cooking. I'm guarantee will get spicy food right like i want it.
