Hi here is an advice that be very useful : -Turn off you mobile phone -Remove the battery -And you'll see a sticker with numbers and codes -On all mobile phone, you'll find the IMEI number ( usually like this ###### ## ###### #) Keep this number safe, if someone steals you mobile phone, and if you want to report him the the police (which 99% of you might do), they'll ask you for this number, it will be used to locate whre your mobile phone is. Sometimes the police won't be able to help, that's normal : there 100's of thousands of stolen mobile phones, the cops can't run after all the stealers. However there are some companies are able to help you help locating your mobile phone but you'll have to pay them. Cya
