Is It True That Dubai Banned All The Sea Foods Coming From Philippines?

Im not sure about this news. I have plan to have a business regarding sea foods (black tiger prawn and lobster) shipment to Dubai. But then a friend told me that i have to stop and dont go for that business because all the sea foods from philippines was banned. I know there's a lot of people here from Dubai that can give me this kind of idea. I wanna hear any comments about this matter. Thank you!
