what do you mean "meeting"? are you both good friends? is she comfortable with you? how well does she know you?

Love is blind and Love is hard. You are fall in love with her so deep!!! who else can pull you back? if she in love with other guy then you have no choice to walk away. well, I hate to say this but one the girl is not interesting in you, no matter how hard to try she will and never see you in her eyes either. But until her lover treat her very bad and you are the one there for her, then it makes the different. you were mention that you want to meet her some how and she always change topic then it is over, my friend. just like old saying, " You can love but never fall in love, otherwise you will fall so hard." I guess that if you are ready physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially and is really serious about this girl, then you should go to her parents and ask permission if you are allowed to court that girl. If you're not ready yet in any of the aspects above, I guess you need to forget about that girl and be prepared first before courting any girl.

If she is really committed to another guy, then you have to respect that and let her be who she wants to be. If she isn't, they you have to approach her and ask her out on a date or something. If she doesn't like you, they you will have to move on and look for someone else, there are plenty of fishes in the sea.

Look for someone else. If she has a boyfriend, it means that you should no longer has to pursue with your love in her. Better found someone who are still single and available. Avoid being in a very inconvenient situation.
